Iron Plains Powerlifting is a grassroots resource for lifters across the Great Plains region. We're not coaches. We're not trainers. We're not here to make money. We exist to grow the sport of powerlifting in a region where it barely has a presence - to answer questions, connect people to resources, host meets, and build community.
This is pure altruism. Pure love of the sport.

THE ONLY MONOLIFT IN THE REGION
As of MARCH 2026, Warehouse Fitness will have the only monolift between Denver/Fort Collins and western Nebraska/Wyoming/western Kansas. For equipped lifters in the region, this changes everything.
